Princess Diamonds offers free jewelry cleaning and inspection to any piece of jewelry. Whether purchased from us or not, you are more than welcome to have your jewelry inspected and cleaned in our ultrasonic. This service is always free.

 

We continuously recommend having your jewelry professionally cleaned every six months. By doing so, you will not only ensure that your jewelry maintains its beautiful shine; but by removing excess dirt, you prevent your valuables from wearing out early!

 

The settings of your fine pieces weaken over time, so having Princess Diamonds inspect your jewelry while-you-wait can be, if not more important than cleaning! Checking for loose gems, prongs and clasps can detect crucial problems that are in need of repair that might not be caught without careful inspection. No one wants to lose one of their precious stones because of a weak or broken prong!

 

If a problem is detected, all repairs are completely done on-site and while you wait depending on availability.

·      Ultrasonic bath expels dirt, oil and grim off of jewelry and gemstones even in tiny crevices and hidden passageways followed by high pressure steaming

·      A high-pressure distilled water steam cleaner leaves your diamonds/gemstones looking as good as the first time you wore them.

·      Some pieces will be hand cleaned due to heat or chemical sensitivity, or settings that are vulnerable to damage from high intensity ultrasonic vibrations.
