Know more about our process:

Design your jewelry from anywhere. We work with clients nationwide.

Your will work one on one with the jewelry designer through the entire process virtually or in-person. If you have heirloom jewelry or loose stones you want to incorporate, this is when you will show us. You can also show us any inspiration photos and having some idea of what you like and don’t like is helpful but not necessary. You don’t need to know anything about jewelry, diamonds, or design. We will educate and guide you through the entire process.

By the end of the meeting, we’ll have a solid idea of design and budget and if you’d like to move forward, we ask that you put down a 50% deposit that will go towards the final cost of your custom jewelry.

Most of our customer aren’t sure of what they want and even when they do come in with a very clear idea, it’s common for it to change at least a little bit after they learn more about the durability of different stones, metals, and certain popular styles. It is our job to help and guide you toward the best jewelry for your unique style. If you are making jewelry for someone else, having access to their Pinterest board or showing us photos of them/their style can absolutely help the process.

Can I work with you if I live in another state?

Our design process can be virtual so whether you are in New York, Texas or Alabama, the custom jewelry design process is the same.

Our custom design process involves:

  • CAD Design: It is a 3D drawing of your jewelry piece that is created in computer software. It is important to remember that a CAD is not a final representation. We still caution that some of the design details will look a little chunky. The CAD is meant to show the cast of the wax, not the metal. The finished product will be much more refined and polished than the CAD itself.
  • Email For Approval: we will send you a digital render of all angles for your approval / modification if needed be.
  • Print Resin: once approved we take the 3D concept and printed into a castable wax
  • Cast: Jewelry casting is the process by which a wax pattern is made into a jewelry mold and then filled to create a custom piece of jewelry.
  • Clean Casting: The final stage of casting process is cleaning. The process refers to different activities that are performed to remove the sand, scale and excess metal from the casting.
  • Polish
  • Set Stones: we hand set your stones and add design details if any.
  • Final Polish
  • Rhodium if need be
  • Quality Control: Final quality control will be done under the microscope.
